The new things I learn....

So, I just found the area where I have to approve comments.... oy. So sorry Kelly for not seeing yours the day after my birthday; I missed you at thanksgiving too. And thank you Gwen for making a comment so I would actually notice the button that I'd previously missed. I kind of feel like an idiot. No worries though, this isn't anything new at all! It's really bad when my feet hurt so badly, walking barefoot over gravel and concrete feels better than wearing shoes. Stephanie's mom sent us an Easter basket. I didn't realize it really was for "us" until it got here and there was two of everything. I met her mom when she came down (and her sister and brother in law this past week) about two weeks ago and apparently she kind of liked me... :) But it's pretty much one of the awesomest Easter baskets ever. I gotta say, Easter candy definitely beats out Halloween candy; it's not all super-processed fake chocolate, it's the real deal! The Nerds didn't like me though. I was eating a handful, and right as i was swallowing it hit something in the back of my throat that told my body "Hey! This is really sour!" and tried to send it back up and... the masticated Nerds went right into my nose and sinuses, and I've been congested for the past three hours. Awesome. But, go me, I'm still eating them, even as I'm trying to blow them out my nose. They're that good.
